* Midosuji Illumination will be starting on November 3!

Midosuji Illumination is the core program of the Festival of the lights in OSAKA. It is one of the features of winter in Osaka.
Please enjoy the illumination of four kilometers of Midosuji， Osaka’s most well-known street， from Umeda to Namba.

Osaka Prefecture will provide rice or other food for every child in the prefecture. Application period will end on November 30.
If you are eligible， please apply as early as possible!

In order to support foreign residents’ ability to have safe and secure lives in Japan， the Osaka Foundation of International Exchange (OFIX) offers information and advice on a wide range of issues including daily-life-related matters in many languages (11 including Japanese).
Languages available: Chinese， English， Filipino， Indonesian， Japanese， Korean， Nepali，Portuguese， Spanish， Thai， and Vietnamese (in Alphabetical order)

Currently seasonal influenza infection tends to increase. During autumn season， outings are expected to increase and people will be interacting more than usual.
