* A message from the Governor of Osaka about Typhoon Lan (Typhoon No. 7)

Typhoon Lan (Typhoon No. 7) is expected to pass through Osaka Prefecture on August 15， with strong winds and heavy rains expected from the night of August 14 to 15.
For residents of the prefecture， please make sure to check the evacuation routes and destination in advance using hazard maps.
Please take appropriate actions according to the information on evacuation and temporary evacuation centers issued by your municipal government.
In addition， in preparation for strong winds， take measures to bring outdoor objects indoors to prevent them from becoming flying debris.
Please always be prepared to protect your own life first.
